Ans- She doesn’t appear to be moping, but she could be moody. She is not even paying attention to her mother because she is so absorbed in thought. Her mother interprets her lack of response to her directions as a tantrum. Because Amanda doesn’t listen to her and keeps bugging her, she concludes that Amanda is very irritable.
